Description
JHYRef ceramic fiber board is a rigid, self-supporting insulation product manufactured from ceramic fiber bulk and selected binders through a vacuum-forming process. It offers low thermal conductivity, uniform density, good dimensional stability and resistance to high gas velocities, vibration and erosive forces. Temperature grades from 1050°C to 1700°C are available for furnace linings, backup insulation, boiler ducts, kiln equipment and other high-temperature applications.
Different formulations are available for specific operating conditions. Hydrophobic ceramic fiber board is designed for humid environments and applications requiring reduced water absorption. Inorganic-bonded ceramic fiber board is suitable for applications where smoke and odor from organic binder burnout during initial heating must be minimized.

Aluminum Processing Equipment
