Description
Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable is made of high alumina clinker or corundum as aggregate and powder, with binders, additives, and 0-4% by mass of heat-resistant steel fiber.
The main characteristic of steel fiber reinforced castables is strong thermal shock resistance, which can withstand rapid changes in temperature without cracking or peeling. Good toughness can improve the material’s impact resistance. High strength, including compressive strength and flexural strength, can withstand mechanical and thermal stresses at high temperatures.

Application
Steel fiber refractory castable is widely used in various high temp industries.
In the metallurgical industry, it is often used in heating furnaces, converter tapping ports and other parts, withstand the erosion and thermal shock of high temperature molten steel.
In the power industry, it can be used for boiler burners, cyclone separators, etc. to resist the wear of high temp flue gas and materials.
In cement kilns of building materials industry, it can be used in kiln heads, kiln tails and other parts that are susceptible to erosion, to improve the lining’s anti stripping and anti wear properties.
This material can effectively extend the service life of equipment, reduce maintenance downtime, improve production efficiency and reduce overall costs.
