The integrated launder is installed between the melting furnace and the casting equipment. It is used to transport molten aluminum from the melting furnace to the casting platform, purification furnace, degassing unit, and other devices. The launder has excellent thermal insulation properties, which can reduce heat loss of the molten aluminum during transportation and ensure that the aluminum remains at an appropriate temperature when it reaches the casting equipment.
