    Description

Corundum mullite brick is a high-performance refractory brick with both corundum phase and mullite phase. It is made of corundum and mullite as the main raw materials and calcined at high temperature.

Corundum mullite bricks can remain stable in a high temperature environment of 1790℃, and also have the advantages of high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, good thermal shock resistance, and stable chemical properties.

    Applications

Corundum mullite bricks are widely used in many industries:

In the metallurgical industry, corundum mullite bricks are used for linings of heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, etc. to withstand high temperatures and slag erosion.

In the ceramic industry, corundum mullite bricks can be used as the vault, kiln wall and other parts of ceramic kilns to ensure the stable operation of the kiln.

In the chemical industry, corundum mullite bricks are suitable for lining high temperature equipment such as cracking furnaces and gasification furnaces. With good performance, it can resist chemical erosion and high temperature, which helps to improve the operating efficiency and life of equipment.
