We were pleased to host a professional delegation from Algeria at JHY REF’s headquarters this week. The customer, a leading enterprise in the non-ferrous metallurgy sector, is currently planning a zinc oxide production project using the Waelz process and rotary kiln technology.
During the visit, our guests conducted a full tour of our modern production lines, R&D center, and quality control laboratory. The focus of the visit was our patented phosphate-bonded bricks, which have been widely used in the zinc oxide industry across China, with proven performance and strong market feedback.
Our technical team gave a detailed introduction to the brick’s high thermal stability, strong alkali resistance, and excellent service life under rotary kiln conditions. These advantages make it a reliable lining material for Waelz kilns, particularly under demanding chemical and mechanical stress.
